Cards....finally!

Hi People,

OK, I finally have a couple of cards to share with you! Hurray for you! LOL

I was doing some scrapbooking stuff over the last week or so.....and last weekend I had Melissa over for some scrap time with her. (Not that we got a lot done this time!)

Meet Toby, My Furry Child

Hi Everyone!

Meet Toby...my dog! He's my 14 year old little Yorkie-Poodle cross breed who is always around when I'm crafting away. I've had him for the last 6 years or so, but he lived with my parents before that....they got him when he was about 10 months old. He's got a few nicknames-Monster, Old Man, Stinky, Bad Ass and Brat...All appropriate of course! He's got so much personality....more than some people I know! LMAO Since he's a senior now, a geriatric mess really, he gets pretty much whatever he wants! Cookies & people food (loves the core of a cauliflower!) He's on heart meds, he has an enlarged heart that complicates his breathing a little and he's DEAF (it's not selective hearing anymore) but somehow he still seems happy. He understands my hand signals and has habits that I go along with.....like a cookie after going outside. I flick the light off and on when I come in....and he knows I'm home (since he can't hear me!).....Not a good guard dog anymore! I know he will need to go before too long, but as long as he seems happy and isn't stressed then he's gonna be with us. (I dread the day, but I won't have him suffer!!)

Some card Candy for your EYES! :)

So, I finally caved and got some Pink Petticoat images to try.......and I was impressed! What'sPink Petticoat images you ask?? It's a British online "store" that you can get these cool images to print out on your printer and use like they were stamped images!! Ya...don't need the rubber stamp! I got the frog in the card below from there....and I love her! (there's a total of 6 images). Check them out!!

I made the princess card with my Paper Dolls cart, some embossing on the background paper and some golden eyelets in the corners.....lots of bling!
